It deserves its 4 stars. All in all, I spent my time greatly. I thoroughly enjoyed BEAUTIFUL views. In the evening I visited Salt, set minute walk from the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed that it was next door to st clair terminus bus station. Moreover, we could park our car onsite. We would not hesitate to return there as the hotel exceeded high expectations.

overall it was a great stay. esplanade restaurant, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. we really enjoyed st clair. brilliant place for city trip in dunedin.
